Tiggy (Lemon)

This dress has a halter neck top with mesh in the middle. The bodice is covered in delicate crystals and sparkle, and the waist has sparkle all over it. The tulle skirt has glitter underneath and a plain tulle layer over it, allowing the sprakle to shine through very subtly. The back is backless that fastens arounfd the neck. The dress has built in cups for support also.
