Delilah (Powder Blue)

This stunning dress has a pearl and lace all over design that has a subtle sparkle all through it. The top has a simple V front with sides that create the illusion of being cut out but aren’t, instead are covered in the sparkle lace material. The bottom has our scallop design for shape, and the back is a low V design that zips up.
