Do I need to book an appointment to try on a dress?

Currently due to Covid-19 we are working under an appointment only basis. Please see our 'Appointments' tab for available dates/times.

 

Can I order a dress from your website?

Unfortunately, no. Currently we aren’t taking orders on our website, but it is something we are looking into for the future.

If you see a dress on our website that you’re interested in, give us a phone or send us an email enquiry to find out if we’ve got it in your size.

 

Do the dresses come in different sizes and colours?

Yes, all our dresses come in a wide range of other colours and range from a size 4 - 26 depending on what dress you are interested in.

 

How quickly can you order a dress in?

Providing the dress is available from the designer, it is next day delivery.

 

What is your returns policy?

If an item is unsuitable a product exchange or credit note will be offered. For a product exchange, merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with all labels attached. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Anything sold that has been discounted or in the sale is non returnable.

Are you open every day?

Our opening hours can be found at the bottom of our website.

We are open Wednesday - Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm. If you are needing an appointment out with these times please contact us and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.

 

Do you hire?

No, the dresses are for purchase only.

 

Can we put a deposit down for a dress?

Yes. Deposits are 10% of the dress' full asking price if the dress is in store already. A deposit secures the dress and gives you the option to have your name put against it. If you are attending a school prom or a large event, this ensures that we do not sell the same dress or same colour to someone also attending. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable at a later date to another dress if you so wish.

 

What if you don't have my required size or colour in store?

Providing our suppliers in London have the desired dress in stock, we can have it sent to us. However, we do require a non-refundable 50% deposit for the dress. If the dress is not suitable or it is not required after it has been ordered then the deposit can be transferred to anything else in store.

 

Do you hold dresses?

Yes we do. Dresses can be held in-store until the end of the day, providing no deposit has been paid. If a deposit is paid then we will hold the dress for an agreed period of time.
