Guidelines

Arabella Dresses is pleased to announce that we have re-opened for business! In order to keep our customers and staff safe we have implemented the following measures:

 

  • All customers for now will require an appointment before visiting
  • Our shop will permit only one private appointment at a time, thereby minimising contact with other shoppers
  • We request that customers bring a maximum of two guests with them to their appointment
  • Sanitiser will be provided and we kindly ask that it is used upon arrival
  • We will endeavour to keep our social distance and we ask that customers do the same
  • All appointments will be with Arabella and no one else. You will have the shop to yourself from start to finish!
  • The shop and fitting room will be cleaned and thoroughly disinfected inbetween apointments
  • We will also be steaming all dresses that have been tried on. Steaming has been proven to kill bacteria and viruses
  • We have also implemented a protective perspex screen at our counter for when payments are being made
